We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, this policy explains your rights and how to return an item.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel, simply contact us in our website contact chat with your order number before the 14 days expire. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all parts, accessories, and tags included

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or, for cancellations, within 14 days of receiving proof that you've sent the item back).

Refunds will include the price of the product and the standard delivery cost you originally paid. Please note that if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the standard delivery cost.

Return Shipping Costs

For cancellations under the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at through our website contact chat, including your order number and photographs of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under the cooling-off period, including:

  • Made-to-order or custom/personalised products
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed (unless faulty)
  • Sealed goods that have been opened where return isn't suitable for hygiene reasons

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact in our website chat with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement.
