Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Everseason Outdoor. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has dispatched.

Delivery Times & Costs

We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

The majority of our products are dispatched from UK-based warehouses, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days after dispatch.

A small number of our specialist and decorative items are shipped directly from our overseas partners. These items are clearly marked on the product page and have an estimated delivery time of 10–20 business days. If your order contains both UK-stocked and overseas items, they may arrive separately and at different times — you will not be charged any extra for split deliveries.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer during busy periods, sales events, or due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays or adverse weather).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within mainland United Kingdom. Some remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, may be subject to longer delivery times. We do not currently ship internationally.

Large & Heavy Items

Some of our products (such as furniture sets, fire pits, and larger garden structures) are bulky or heavy and may be delivered by a specialist courier. For these items, the courier may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please ensure the delivery address has suitable access.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll put it right as quickly as possible. Please do not dispose of any damaged item or its packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, a refused delivery, or a failure to collect from a courier depot, we may charge a re-delivery fee. Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.
